What is Pin Point?

 Mayflower's PINPOINT® Services offers you consistent, national transportation for all your LTL shipments.  PINPOINT® is an efficient “hub and spoke” operation that provides specialized pickup and delivery services throughout the continental United States.  From the moment a PINPOINT® van operator picks up your shipment until it arrives at destination, it will be treated to the best service the industry has to offer…service you can count on.

The PINPOINT® system employs a single “hub and spoke” design, with its heart located at our warehouse facility in St. Louis, Mo. Independent, scheduled routes extend from the hub in all directions, forming the spokes that keep this effective transportation system humming. 

PINPOINT's® unique and flexible operation keeps cargo handling at a minimum while allowing
schedules to be maintained.  This system has proven to be so successful that PINPOINT® continues to provide virtually 100 percent on-time, claim-free service.

If you need services in addition to transportation, PINPOINT® can provide them at pre-defined prices.    These include light assembly, debris removal, floor covering, on-site labor and specialized customer requirements.

Along with PINPOINT's® efficiency, you will also benefit from Mayflower's Precise Traksm inventory system which keeps track of all your items.  Using a handheld scanner, the van operator will produce bar code identification for each piece in your shipment.  We will also provide a descriptive and easy-to-read printed inventory of all items.
